why campuses want to do more
The National Study on Catholic Campus Ministry (2017) revealed that many campus ministry programs are reaching some students. None are reaching as many as they would like. That's why campuses are signing up to take the 30% Challenge.
What does engagement look like? For campus ministry to be fruitful, engagement often includes:
A deepening of personal faith in Christ.
Participation in meaningful ministry opportunities like small groups, 1x1's, and Bible studies.
Participation in the liturgical life of the Church.
Sharing of one's faith with others.
Service to those in need.
The 30% Challenge is hard. It's meant to help campuses assess the students they currently reach and then go further. With Christ, all things are possible and with the 30% Challenge, campuses know that they'll be stretching in order to bring the Gospel to all corners of a campus. Don't wait- register your campus today!
